智通财经APP讯，中信股份(00267)发布公告，2025年3月14日，中信重工机械股份有限公司(简称“中信重工”)召开第六届董事会第十次会议，审议通过了《公司关于计提资产减值准备及核销资产的议案》。
依据《企业会计准则》及公司会计政策的相关规定，为客观、公允地反映公司截至2024年12月31日的财务状况及经营成果，本着谨慎性原则，中信重工对截至2024年12月31日合并报表范围内的各类资产进行了充分的评估和分析，对可能出现减值迹象的相关资产进行了减值测试，根据测试结果对存在减值迹象的资产相应计提了减值准备。2024年第四季度中信重工计提各类资产减值准备共计9916.09万元，并对部分应收账款进行核销。
