新秀丽国际公司(01910)表示,由于消费者信心弱于预期,全球零售客流量放缓,该公司利润出现下滑。数据显示,这家美国箱包公司2024年的净销售额下降2.5%至35.9亿美元,低于分析师预期的36.1亿美元;全年净利润也从2023年的3.969亿美元降至3.456亿美元。新秀丽董事长Timothy Charles Parker表示,业务受到零售客流量减少、消费者对高端和奢侈品牌的支出减少的影响。
此外,新秀丽正与摩根大通和摩根士丹利合作,争取在美国两地上市。据知情人士透露,尽管该公司将继续在中国香港上市,但可能会考虑将美国作为主要上市地点。该公司首席执行官Kyle Francis Gendreau表示,两地上市将提高价值创造,并使其证券更容易为美国和全球投资者所接受。该公司还计划通过长期的并购来增强其品牌组合。
