智通财经APP讯，港华智慧能源(01083)发布2024年全年业绩，该集团期内实现营业额213.14亿港元，同比增加7.42%;股东应占溢利16.06亿港元，同比增加2%;每股基本盈利47.1港仙;拟派发末期股息每股16港仙及特别股息每股3港仙。
公告称，面对2024年复杂多变的经济环境，集团营业额逆势增长(以人民币计算，上升9.6%)。受惠于可再生能源业务表现强劲和燃气业务利润维持稳健及顺价理想下，加上精准管控资本支出和成功降低融资成本，集团年内业务核心利润大幅上升34.5%至16.01亿港元(以人民币计算，上升37.2%)。
可再生能源业务的规模效应年内全面体现，净利润大幅跃升五倍至4.79亿港元。截至2024年12月31日，集团累计光伏并网2.3吉瓦，年发电量同比翻倍至18.3亿度。碳资产管理与电力交易协同效应显著，年度电力交易规模突破84亿度。业务现已全面覆盖储能、电力交易、碳资产管理等综合能碳服务领域，透过轻资产模式的发展，将带来另一个利润增长动力。
城市燃气业务方面，整体售气量年内取得可观增幅，上升5%至172.01亿立方米。通过顺价工作及精细化管理，城市燃气综合价差提升到每立方米0.56元人民币，较2023年同期增加0.02元人民币，整体燃气业务利润保持稳健增长。
