智通财经APP讯，港誉智慧城市服务(00265)发布公告，预期集团将于本年度(截至2024年12月31日止年度)取得公司权益拥有人应占溢利介乎约4700万港元至约5200万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得公司权益拥有人应占溢利约3350万港元。
董事会认为，溢利增加主要由于：(i)环境卫生业务分部的毛利因劳工成本减少而增加;(ii)集团就终止收购位于中国河北省石家庄市的47个商业单位及延迟交付该等物业而收取赔偿总额约人民币470万元(相当于约510万港元);及(iii)有效的成本控制措施减少销售、一般及行政开支。
