智通财经APP讯，信基沙溪(03603)发布公告，预期截至2024年度本集团将取得不多于人民币1.65亿元的股东应占亏损，而截至2023年12月31日止财政年度(2023年度)则取得约人民币8000万元的股东应占亏损。
董事会认为，有关2024年度股东应占净亏损的预期增加主要由于本集团持有的投资物业公平值亏损增加，主要原因是集团旗下商城估值因租赁期限缩短而调减导致。
尽管存在上述情况，撇除若干一次性或非经营性专案的影响，包括投资物业公平值变动及有关上述调增专案的所得税开支(董事会认为并非用作评估本集团业务实际表现的指标)，本集团2024年度核心纯利，相较2023年度核心纯利约人民币8280万元，预期减少不多于人民币1000万元。
