智通财经APP讯，国泰君安(02611)发布公告，鉴于第六届董事会任期届满，根据公司法以及公司章程，提名第七届董事会董事候选人的建议已于2025年3月14日举行的董事会会议审议并批准。将由职工代表大会选举产生的职工董事，与临时股东大会选举产生的董事共同组成第七届董事会。
董事会决议提名朱健先生、李俊杰先生及聂小刚先生为第七届董事会执行董事候选人，及周杰先生、管蔚女士、钟茂军先生、陈航标先生、吕春芳女士、哈尔曼女士、孙明辉先生及陈一江先生为第七届董事会非执行董事候选人(统称“非独立董事候选人”)，并决议于临时股东大会上提呈该等建议，供股东审议并批准。
董事会决议提名李仁杰先生、王国刚先生、浦永灏先生、毛付根先生、陈方若先生及江宪先生为第七届董事会独立非执行董事候选人(统称“独立董事候选人”)，并决议于临时股东大会上提呈该等建议，供股东审议并批准。
