Credo Technology Group Holding filed a complaint alleging patent infringement and asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to initiate an investigation into a number of businesses.

The high-speed connectivity solutions company on Thursday said it asked ITC to investigate Amphenol, Molex, TE Connectivity and Volex, and to block the import of products that it said infringe on patents related to active electrical cables.

Credo added that it's filing parallel complaints in a federal court alleging willful infringement over claims it provided notices of its patents to each of these companies in September 2023.

Representatives for Amphenol, Molex, TE Connectivity and Volex didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
