恒地(00012.HK) 牵头发展的九龙城“南首”继续录得成交。恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，截至昨日(13日)下午5时，项目当日暂售出11伙，当中包括8伙开放式单位及3伙一房，实用面积由200至263平方呎，成交价由371.86万至569.84万元，成交呎价由17,041至21,667元，共套现约4,730万元。
项目同日上载全新销售安排，推出4伙平台特色户以招标形式发售，户型为一房至两房，实用面积由220至304平方呎，连76至283平方呎平台。招标期由2025年3月18日至6月15日。
