智通财经APP讯，东方支付集团控股(08613)发布公告，于2025年3月13日，公司与认购方(Nodia Properties (TH) Limited、Ventec Invest Aps 、Paul Stefano Spina先生)订立认购协议，据此，公司有条件同意向认购方发行，而认购方有条件同意认购本金额合共为781.7万港元的可换股债券，兑换价为每股兑换股份0.115港元。
每股兑换股份的兑换价0.115港元，相当于联交所所报股份于3月13日的收市价每股 0.1330港元折让约13.53%。假设公司已发行股本总额并无变动，于本公告日期至悉数转换可换股债券后，兑换股份占本公告日期公司现有已发行股本总额约3.53%;及经配发及发行兑换股份扩大后的公司已发行股本总额约3.41%。
