智通财经APP讯，环球大通集团(08063)发布公告，公司核数师国卫会计师事务所有限公司通知公司，由于审计费用尚未结清，其尚未开展截至2024年12月31日止年度的审计工作(2024年审计)。据国卫表示，该未结费用已导致其评估自身利益威胁的程度，且其现时无法确定完成审计的时间，这将取决于审计的开始时间及遇到的审计问题。
公司自2024年12月起启动2024年审计的工作，并积极协调准备工作。国卫尚未开始2024年审计的决定乃出乎公司意料，由于现金储备紧张及财务压力严重，公司无法立即结清未结费用。其后，公司一直与国卫就审计费用事宜进行沟通，包括但不限于要求延迟付款或根据实际完成之审计工作重新磋商费用。于本公告日期，国卫并未改变其立场。
因此，预计公司将无法于2025年3月31日或之前刊发公司截至2024年12月31日止年度的经审核全年业绩(2024年全年业绩)及寄发同期年报。就(其中包括)批准2024年全年业绩的董事会会议亦将延期举行。
公司将尽最大努力尽快解决审计费用问题。
