2024财年之预期纯利乃主要受以下各项的综合影响：(i)集团的软件业务分部溢利约1980万港元(2023财年：亏损约840万港元)，主要原因为并无商誉及无形资产的减值亏损(2023财年：分别约1800万港元及660万港元);(ii)集团的证券投资业务分部溢利约520万港元(2023财年：亏损约90万港元)，主要原因为透过损益以公平价值列账的金融资产的已变现及未变现收益约500万港元(2023财年：透过损益以公平价值列账的金融资产的已变现及未变现亏损约110万港元);(iii)集团的企业管理解决方案及资讯科技合约服务业务分部溢利约40万港元(2023财年：约50万港元);(iv)集团的企业对客户网上销售平台及企业对企业产品贸易业务分部亏损约100万港元(2023财年：约100万港元);(v)其他企业开支约1480万港元(2023财年：约1220万港元)。
