智通财经APP讯，中国铁建(01186)发布公告，根据《中国铁建股份有限公司2022年面向专业投资者公开发行可续期公司债券(第一期)募集说明书》，本期债券(简称“22铁建Y1”)以每3个计息年度为一个周期，在每3个计息年度(即每个重新定价周期)末附发行人续期选择权。公司决定不行使续期选择权，即将本期债券全额兑付。
