碧桂园服务预告2024年归母净利润约16亿元至20亿元
3月16日，碧桂园服务（06098）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止十二个月，集团将录得未审核综合收入约438亿元至442亿元，较2023年同期的约426.12亿元增长约2.8%至3.7%。此增长主要得益于物业管理服务、社区增值服务及“三供一业”业务收入的持续增长，合计经调整收入较2023年同期增长不低于9%。
此外，预计未审核综合净利润约16亿元至20亿元，较2023年同期的约5.17亿元上升约209.7%至287.1%；未审核归属于公司股东的净利润约16亿元至20亿元，相比2023年同期的约2.92亿元上升约447.4%。上升的原因包括有效控制关联方应收款余额以及减少商誉减值的规模。公司在财务状况方面表现稳健，预计经营活动所得现金净额约33亿元至43亿元。
