宜明昂科获证监会备案 H股全流通启动
3月16日，宜明昂科-B（01541）发布公告，中国证监会已就公司H股全流通发出备案通知书。根据通知书，公司完成了向中国证监会申请转换最多1411万股未上市股份为H股的备案，通知书的有效期为自2025年3月11日起的12个月。
公告中提到，将转换的未上市股份包括多个股东的股份，最高的股东为共青城瑞吉三期投资合伙企业，持有346万股，其余股东的股份数量依次为阳光人寿保险股份有限公司335万股、嵊州市铭朗产业发展股权投资基金合伙企业263万股等。公司将向联交所申请批准H股的上市及买卖，具体实施计划尚未确定，后续将遵循上市规则及时发布进展公告。
