截至2024年12月31日止年度，预期经调整母公司拥有人应占净利润较可比年度有所增长，将取得约人民币5920万元，主要由于以下因素：本集团透过深化数字化产品的应用、创新客户服务模式及拓展数字货运业务在物流行业的业务布局，实现线上GTV、收入及毛利润的同步增长;本集团透过深度整合人工智能技术与业务场景，构建智能化运营体系，显着提升运营效率，并有效控制成本与费用。
