友宝在线完成配售5164万股新H股 每股3.01港元
3月14日，友宝在线（02429）发布公告，完成根据一般授权配售新H股的事项。根据公告，配售已于2025年3月14日根据配售协议的条款完成，配售代理成功向不少于6名承配人配售合共5164万股股份，配售价格为每股3.01港元。
此次配售股份占配发及发行后已发行H股数目的约6.85%，以及占配发及发行后已发行股份数目的约6.21%。
公告中指出，配售事项完成后，公司的股权结构有所变化，非上市股份及H股的持有比例也发生了相应调整。完成配售后，公司的公众持股量仍不低于已发行股本的25%。此次配售未导致任何承配人成为公司的主要股东，确保了公司的独立性和股东结构的稳定。
