Erin Harkless Moore, 42, is seeking to supercharge the impact of philanthropist Melinda French Gates' $1 billion commitment to expand women's power and influence by 2030. Moore serves as managing director of investments for Pivotal Ventures, Gates' investment, advocacy, and philanthropy firm.

Moore, who joined Pivotal in 2020, previously worked at Cambridge Associates, Goldman Sachs, and other investment firms.
