　　巨星医疗控股（02393）发布公告，相比集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的综合亏损净额约人民币130万元，集团预期集团2024财政年度取得不少于人民币8.80亿元的综合纯利。

　　预期集团2024财政年度由亏损净额转为纯利主要源于以下各项：因贴现赎回原定于2026年到期的公司优先票据而确认大额收益；相关优先票据赎回后财务成本减少；及拨回部分金融资产的减值亏损。
