【香港二手楼价指数创21周新低】金十数据3月14日讯，香港二手楼价指数反复，反映主要大型屋苑二手住宅楼市走势的中原城市领先指数(CCL)最新报136.48点，按周跌0.71%，是2月26日《财政预算案》公布前一周的市况。新春后市场释放购买力，楼市气氛转旺，新盘销售理想，二手交投亦有所增加，部分买家抢先入市低价笋盘，令楼价反复寻底。中原地产研究部高级联席董事杨明仪指出，本周CCL创21周新低，指数较2024年9月首次减息前135.86点低位，仍有0.46%升幅。放宽印花税后，一二手市道均向好，如果成交量持续增多，第二季CCL有望见底回升。
