智通财经APP获悉，中资券商股早盘走高，截至发稿，中金公司(03908)涨4.47%，报16.34港元；中国银河(06881)涨4.33%，报8.67港元；申万宏源(06806)涨3.36%，报2.46港元；华泰证券(06886)涨2.92%，报14.1港元。
消息面上，据券商中国报道，3月13日傍晚，国泰君安证券与海通证券召开干部大会，宣布了新组建公司的人事任命，合并后公司党委已经成立，朱健担任党委书记、李俊杰担任党委副书记。东海证券指出，市场关于大型券商并购重组的预期再度升温，且部分券业并购已呈现实质性进展，在行业并购重组加速的大背景下，多种形式的并购有望引发更多市场主体对内部资源整合与业务聚焦的思考和实践，下一阶段仍是市场配置的主要方向。
中信建投指出，随着“1+N”政策体系进入全面落地期，中长期资金入市框架逐步明晰，政策重心转向长效机制建设，既为市场提供流动性支撑，也为新质生产力发展注入资本动能。当前股市已呈现量价齐升态势，交投活跃利好券商经纪与两融业务，而市场回暖亦驱动自营投资收益率反弹，叠加IPO与再融资节奏边际改善，券商一季度业绩有望超预期。
