消息面上，近日，天聚地合发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得净利润约人民币5000万元至人民币5300万元，较截至2023年12月31日止年度净利润约人民币3500万元上升约42.9%至51.4%。
公告称，净利润大幅增加主要原因是公司应用程序编程接口(API)市场分部及数据管理解决方案分部收入均持续增长。API市场分部收入大幅增加主要是因随着集团持续提高服务质量并深化与关键客户的合作，客户对公司服务的信任及依赖增加。数据管理解决方案分部收入增加主要是因随着公司不断提升其品牌知名度及丰富其解决方案，公司吸引更多优质客户。
