智通财经APP讯，九龙仓集团(00004)发布2024年全年业绩公告，收入121.15亿港元，同比减少36.07%;股东应占亏损32.24亿港元，而2023年同期取得溢利9.45亿港元;每股亏损1.05港元;拟派发第二次中期股息每股0.2港元，以代替派付末期股息。2024年度每股合共派息0.4港元。
公告称，集团基础净盈利减少至27.98亿港元(2023年：35.66亿港元)，相当于每股0.92港元(2023年：每股1.17港元)，主要因为中国内地发展物业确认入账销售额减少及应占减值拨备增加至20.18亿港元(2023年：18.55亿港元)。
