于2025年3月13日，南京传动接获南京市公安局江宁分局发出的通知，指出其经初步审查后及根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十二条的规定，确认报案的案件符合刑事立案的标准。目前，针对该案件涉及相关附属公司资金、资产涉嫌被职务侵占、挪用，已正式展开刑事侦查。公司将继续全力协助有关当局的侦查及独立调查，并寻求一切必要及适当的途径维持及执行其权利，以保障公司的最佳利益。
有证据显示亦有其他相关公司╱人士涉嫌参与违法事宜，损害公司利益。公司正在寻求法律意见，并将对相关公司及个人采取适当的法律措施，保护公司的利益。于本公告日期，集团的业务营运于所有重大方面均照常进行。
