智通财经APP讯，太古股份公司A(00019)及太古股份公司B(00087)发布2024年全年业绩，收益819.69亿港元，同比减少14%;股东应占溢利43.21亿港元，同比减少85%;股东应占基本溢利104.71亿港元，同比减少71%;股东应占经常性基本溢利92.84亿港元，同比减少11%;A股每股盈利3.06港元，B股每股盈利0.61港元。
公司继续透过渐进式的股息政策，专注为股东带来可持续和稳定的回报。董事局宣布派发第二次中期股息'A'股每股2.1港元及'B'股每股0.42港元。连同于2024年10月派发的股息，全年股息为'A'股每股3.35港元及'B'股每股0.67港元，较2023年的一般股息增加5%。
公告称，本年度来自地产部门的应占亏损为6.41亿港元，而2023年则为应占溢利21.31亿港元。这些数字包括2024年的公平值亏损(未计递延税项但计及非控股权益)62.77亿港元，而2023年则为44.32亿港元，主要来自两个年度的香港办公楼组合。主要撇除投资物业公平值变动的应占基本溢利由2023年的94.55亿港元减少至2024年的55.09亿港元。此溢利减少，主要反映2023年出售香港若干办公楼楼层所得的重大溢利，以及2024年出售香港停车位的溢利有所下跌。此外，财务支出净额上升(因借款增加)及香港办公楼组合的租金收入减少。
