【光大嘉宝：中期票据获准注册金额19亿元】金十数据3月14日讯，光大嘉宝公告，公司于2024年12月23日召开2024年第六次临时股东大会，审议通过了《关于拟注册和发行非金融企业债务融资工具的议案》。近日，公司收到中国银行间市场交易商协会出具的《接受注册通知书》，同意接受公司中期票据注册，注册金额为19亿元，注册额度自本通知书落款之日起2年内有效，由光大证券股份有限公司主承销。在注册有效期内，公司可分期发行中期票据，并应事前先向交易商协会备案。发行完成后，应通过交易商协会认可的途径披露发行结果。
