智通财经APP讯，顺豪控股(00253)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，总收入 6.84亿港元，同比增长12.9%;公司拥有人应占亏损1.66亿港元，同比扩大269.7%;每股基本亏损68.84港仙。
公告称，酒店营运成本的大幅增长最为显著(29%)，此乃由于必要的员工数量、薪酬、清洁及洗衣等成本皆有所增加，以及华丽海湾酒店及翻新后的上海华美国际酒店的额外营运月份所致。
年内，集团平均酒店入住率持续超过 90%。相对于前期，集团的酒店收入增加14%至5.56亿港元，集团的总收入则增加13%。
