智通财经APP讯，巨星医疗控股(02393)发布公告，相比集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的综合亏损净额约人民币130万元，集团预期集团2024财政年度取得不少于人民币8.80亿元的综合纯利。
预期集团2024财政年度由亏损净额转为纯利主要源于以下各项：因贴现赎回原定于2026年到期的公司优先票据而确认大额收益;相关优先票据赎回后财务成本减少;及拨回部分金融资产的减值亏损。
然而，集团2024财政年度的物业、厂房及设备、使用权资产及其他无形资产减值亏损增加，抵销了部分预期的转亏为盈。
