智通财经APP讯，彩星集团(00635)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入10.92亿港元，同比减少14.11%;公司拥有人应占亏损3.82亿港元，去年同期则公司拥有人应占溢利1034万港元;每股基本亏损18.48港仙。
公告称，集团的主要投资物业包括(i)一幢商业大厦，即位于广东道100号的彩星集团大厦;(ii)位于麦当劳道21-23A号半山楼的多个住宅单位;及(iii)位于屯门天后路1号的彩星工业大厦。集团的物业组合亦包括位于英国、美国及日本的海外投资物业，合共占集团整体投资物业组合公平价值的8.6%(2023年：8.1%)。
