智通财经APP讯，中信资源(01205)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，该集团取得收入94.98亿港元，同比增加148.3%;公司普通股股东应占溢利5.73亿港元，同比增加3.8%;每股盈利7.29港仙，拟派发末期股息2.6港仙。
年内，本集团录得本公司普通股股东应占溢利约5.73亿港元( 2023年：5.52亿港元)，同比增加约3.8%。有关变动乃主要由于以下因素：转让由本集团持有的本集团前联营公司Alumina Limited(AWC)全部股权以换取Alcoa Corporation权益的收益使本集团除税后溢利增加约1.14亿港元;应占AWC溢利同比显著增加;本集团原油平均售价同比轻微下跌;及本集团煤炭平均售价同比大幅下滑。
