3月14日，瑞昌国际控股（01334）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度的纯利将不低于1030万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的纯利约为5520万元，相当于纯利减少约81.3%。
公告指出，纯利的显著下降主要是由于下游市场需求减少及石油炼制和石油化工行业的资本投资放缓，导致相关客户暂时延缓重大销售订单，从而使得公司产品销售下跌，整体收益及毛利减少。此外，市场竞争加剧也导致毛利率下降，同时销售及行政开支的增加进一步影响了业绩。
公司目前正在编制年度经审计的综合财务业绩，公告中的数据基于初步评估，尚待最终确定，且未经过公司核数师或审计委员会的审核。公司计划于2025年3月底前发布全年业绩公告，届时将披露更详细的业绩信息，提醒股东及潜在投资者在交易公司证券时需谨慎行事。
