消息面上，3月13日，呼和浩特市卫健委发布育儿补贴细则，其中最高单孩补贴可达10万元。中信证券研报指出，根据国家卫健委主任在会议中表述，2025年将发放育儿补贴，正在会同有关部门起草相关操作方案。该行认为育儿补贴是破解低生育率问题的关键措施之一，有助于提振生育意愿。此前已有部分城市发放育儿补贴，当地生育率回升成效已显。预计国家层面补贴将扩大受益范围，虽补贴金额尚未明确，但提振作用预期明确。建议积极关注受益出生率提升的相关板块机会，包括辅助生殖等。
据悉，锦欣生殖为辅助生殖和妇儿医疗服务提供商，旗下医疗机构分布在中国内地，香港，美国和东南亚地区。中泰证券此前指出，考虑到公司作为市场份额领先的辅助生殖行业龙头，竞争优势显著，内生增长稳健，外延拓展性强，有望成长为民营辅助生殖第一品牌，维持“买入”评级。
