智通财经APP讯，华大酒店(00201)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期业绩，总收入5.26亿港元，同比增加16.36%;股东应占亏损4477.5万港元，同比扩大36.05%;每股基本亏损0.5港仙。
公告称，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司拥有人应占公司除税后而未计及重估、土地、物业及设备折旧及减值的净溢利为1.04亿港元(2023年：4100万港元)，增加6300万港元(+151%)。整体溢利增加主要是由于酒店收入增加16%，再无华丽海湾酒店的开业费用、维修及翻新成本及再无额外税务费用。
