智通财经APP讯，佳景集团(00703)发布公告，集团于2024年第四季度取得公司拥有人应占未经审核亏损约130万港元，而于2023年第四季度则取得公司拥有人应占未经审核溢利约1390万港元。集团亦于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占未经审核溢利约600万港元，而于2023年同期则取得公司拥有人应占未经审核溢利约4860万港元，按期减少约87.7%。
于本年度，尽管中国澳门及中国香港访客人数与2023年同期相比有所增加，但由于访客人均消费下降，集团的营业额取得跌幅约2.3%。本年度公司拥有人应占未经审核溢利约600万港元，主要归因于食物及餐饮业务取得亏损约360万港元;食品手信业务取得溢利约1590万港元及物业投资业务取得溢利约110万港元。本年度公司拥有人应占溢利减少主要是由于营业额下降、直接经营开支增加、主要投资物业的公允价值亏损及商誉减值亏损。
于本年度，集团就位于中国澳门耶稣会纪念广场2号牌坊广场购物旅游中心邻近旅游热点的商业物业(主要投资物业)取得公允价值亏损净额约700万港元(2023年：公允价值收益净额约180万港元)。
