消息面上，古茗公布，3月9日，整体协调人部分行使超额配股权，涉及合共2186.92万股，占发售总数12%。每股作价9.94港元，额外所得净额约2.09亿港元。此外，全球发售的稳定价格期间已于3月9日结束。期间，稳定价格经办人高盛(亚洲)在市场连续买入合共1799.92万股。
德邦证券认为，未来公司依托于供应链和产品研发优势，通过加盟模式有望持续稳定地扩大门店网络，增加市场份额。且公司经营大众现制茶饮店业务，专注于行业预期增长最快的二线及以下城市，截至2023年尚未达到关键规模的中国内地省份合共占整体现制茶饮店市场的48%，仍具备充足的拓展空间。
