PANews 3月16日消息，据PRNewswire报道，纽交所上市公司Cango披露已收到Enduring Wealth Capital Limited（EWCL）一份初步非约束性意向书，旨在从该公司联合创始人手中收购1000万股B类普通股，购买价格由双方商定，此外该意向书还要求Cango创始人自愿将所有将其所持有的剩余B类普通股转换为A类普通股，并且辞去董事会及高管职位。
不仅如此，EWCL建议Cango出售国内现有业务并乐意引入潜在买家以促进境外业务增长，特别是其新推出的加密货币挖矿业务。
