智通财经APP讯，安莉芳控股(01388)发布公告，预期集团于2024财年可能取得公司拥有人应占亏损约3.80亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得公司拥有人应占亏损约7200万港元。
预期净亏损增加主要归因于集团损益表中的非经常性、未变现及非现金项目。据此预期：i.集团将确认物业、厂房及设备的减值约1.19亿港元。由于近年国内消费情绪及激烈的市场竞争，集团已连续数年取得收益下跌及亏损，集团预期此竞争格局将持续一段时间。集团采用保守和谨慎的方法评估其物业、厂房及设备的减值;ii.由于2024财年中国内地及中国香港物业市场低迷，并参考周边物业的市场价格变动，集团位于中国内地两个地区，即上海及常州;及中国香港特别行政区的投资物业的公平价值减少约6900万港元;iii.由于(ii)的相同原因，集团亦将确认于中国深圳的其他资产相关的减值约3900万港元，该资产为2017年的搬迁安排而获得新物业的权利;iv.鉴于(i)所述近年国内消费情绪及激烈的市场竞争，集团拨回于过往年度确认与税项亏损相关的递延税项资产，并预期在近期内可能无法动用结转的税项亏损进行税项抵免。因此集团于本年度拨回以往年度确认的递延税项资产约2800万港元，导致所得税开支大幅增加，并进一步扩大2024财年的预估净亏损。
