智通财经APP讯，天业节水(00840)发布公告，由于未能落实合营公司的出资形式(包括但不限于股权出资、权利出资、其他实物资产)实缴注册资本，因此，于2025年3月13日，公司与八师国资委协商一致签订股权终止协议书，以终止出资协议(包括董事提名权委托协议及表决权委托协议)。据此，订约方将互相解除及免除各自因出资协议所产生或与之有关、基于任何原因或任何性质而欠负任何其他各方(如有)的所有义务、职责、责任、索赔及债务。任何订约方亦概无就终止出资协议已付或应付任何终止费用或其他补偿。
公司认为终止协议并不会对集团现有业务、营运及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响，亦不会影响公司及股东的整体利益。
