智通财经APP讯，裕兴科技(08005)发布公告，于2025年3月13日，出租人(作为出租人)，本公司的间接全资附属公司，与承租人(作为承租人)订立融资租赁协议，出租人同意购买而承租人同意出售租赁资产(用于药品生产的若干机器及设备，即融资租赁协议项下安排的标的资产)，代价为人民币596万元(相当于651.2万港元);及出租人同意将租赁资产租予承租人，租赁期限为五年，租金总额为人民币 690万元(相当于756万港元)。
董事认为，向承租人提供租赁资产的融资租赁符合本集团的商业利益，因为本集团可使用其闲置现金并透过收取与租赁资产相关的经常性租金赚取利息收入。融资租赁协议的条款乃由出租人与承租人参考现行市场贷款利率及租赁资产的一般情况经公平磋商后厘定。根据融资租赁协议进行的交易产生的每年利息收入乃不低于中国人民银行规定的一年期定期存款利息收入。
