作为新“国九条”实施以来首例头部券商合并重组，国泰君安与海通证券合并后的公司名称一直广受关注，此前网络上也有多种猜测。今日，上海证券报从知情人士处获悉，国泰君安与海通证券合并后公司名称确定为“国泰海通证券”。

“合并后公司名称为国泰海通在意料之中。”业内人士表示，与此前市场猜测的其他名称相比，国泰海通这一名称更有优势，既体现了两家公司名称的核心元素，彰显历史传承，承接双方的品牌声誉，又作了一定创新，体现了两家公司强强联合、优势互补的合并原则。

就在昨日（3月13日），国泰君安发布换股吸收合并海通证券并募集配套资金暨关联交易之A股换股实施结果、股份变动暨新增A股股份上市的公告。公告显示，3月17日，海通证券原A股股东的股票账户中将显示国泰君安A股股票，相对应的股票市值将会在投资者账户总市值中体现。

公告还提到：合并后公司将采用新的公司名称，并根据届时适用的法律法规和本次合并的具体情况采取一系列措施建立新的法人治理结构、管理架构、发展战略和企业文化。

记者还了解到，国泰君安、海通证券合并后公司党委已经成立，朱健担任党委书记、李俊杰担任党委副书记，李军调任其他上海市管企业。按照党内任职情况，朱健、李俊杰预计将分别担任合并后公司董事长、总裁，有关职务尚待履行治理程序。另有消息称，国泰君安与海通证券其他领导班子成员除到龄原因外，预计均将留任。
