博通董事长计划出售最高5亿美元的公司股票，该股年内已跌17%
博通董事长Henry Samueli近日制定了一项计划，出售大笔公司股票，同时用于慈善捐赠。
根据博通向美国证券交易委员会周三晚间提交的文件，Samueli于2024年12月18日为其投资公司D95GT LLC制定了一项10b5-1交易计划，计划在2025年3月26日至12月31日期间出售最多5亿美元的博通股票。此外，该计划还规定，Samueli和其妻子Susan Samueli共同创立的Samueli Foundation可在3月27日至12月31日期间出售最多1.276亿美元的捐赠博通股票。
10b5-1交易计划旨在消除因掌握未公开信息而可能带来的交易偏见，该计划会在预设的价格、交易量和时间条件满足时自动执行交易。
根据该计划，D95GT LLC将在3月26日至12月30日期间向Samueli基金会捐赠最多1.026亿美元的博通股票，同时，Samueli旗下的另一家投资公司H&S Investments I LP也将在6月25日至12月30日期间向基金会捐赠最多2500万美元的博通股票。Samueli基金会将根据交易计划，在3月27日至12月31日期间出售这些捐赠股票。
此外，该计划还规定D95GT LLC将在12月8日至12月30日期间向一家未公开名称的慈善机构捐赠最多125万美元的博通股票。
2024年，博通股价翻倍，而标准普尔500指数同期上涨23%。然而，进入2025年后，博通股价有所回落，截至3月13日累计下跌17%，同期标普500指数下跌5%。
