智通财经APP讯，重塑能源(02570)发布公告，集团预计取得公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币6.7亿元至人民币7.7亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占亏损约为人民币5.29亿元。
供说明用途，经扣除与公司全球发售有关的以股份为基础的付款开支及上市开支的影响后，集团预期2024财政年度将取得净亏损约人民币3.9亿元至人民币4.5亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得净亏损约人民币4.71亿元，预期净亏损将减少约17%至4%。
根据目前可得资料，董事会认为，预期2024财政年度公司拥有人应占亏损增加乃主要由于：根据公司奖励计划提供股份奖励以吸引及挽留人才，并给予奖励，导致以股份为基础的付款开支增加;及多种因素导致客户需求及订单的波动，包括但不限于氢能行业的持续发展(已由政策驱动型行业转变向市场驱动型行业)、正处于发展阶段的氢能行业的商业化及基础设施建设、集团产品的应用场景及集团客户的业务计划的拓展。
