FutureFuel is delaying the release of its financial statements for its fourth-quarter and year ended Dec. 31.
The Clayton, Mo., manufacturer of custom and performance chemicals and biofuels said Thursday that the delay would allow for the completion of certain procedures by the company and its independent accounting firm.
The company said it would announce an intended date for the release of its fourth-quarter and annual operating results once the applicable procedures are completed.
Shares fall 1.4%, to $4.30, in after-hours trading.
