智通财经APP讯，中银航空租赁(02588)公布2024年业绩，经营收入及其他收入总额同比增长3.9%至25.57亿美元，税后净利润创纪录达9.24亿美元，同比增长20.9%;每股收益为1.33美元，末期股息每股0.2670美元。
公告称，经营收入及其他收入增长主要源于融资租赁利息收入增加，部分被租赁租金收入减少所抵销。 税后净利润增加主要源于飞机减值拨回及融资租赁利息收入增加，部分被财务费用增加及租赁租金收入减少所抵销。
2024年的租赁租金收入为18亿美元，较2023年的19亿美元减少3.2%。年内，集团新增13架经营租赁飞机并售出29架飞机。2024年经营租赁飞机的租赁租金收益率为10.0%，与2023年相近。
