智通财经APP讯，齐合环保(00976)发布公告，预期集团可能于2024年度(截至2024年12月31日止年度)取得毛利约为8.6亿港元，相比截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年度)毛利为10.38亿港元及净亏损不少于约2.25亿港元，相比2023年度净亏损为1920万港元。
预期的2024年度净亏损主要归因于(i)在全球宏观环境影响下，金属终端消费(如汽车及建筑业)需求收缩，导致产业链整体库存调整;(ii)贸易壁垒升级及地缘性冲突对供应链稳定性及运营成本造成压力;(iii)大宗商品价格波动;(iv)能源价格、物流成本和劳工成本高企，压缩了集团在欧洲业务的利润;(v)公司于2025年3月3日公告中宣布终止综合入帐附属公司作出亏损的拨备;以及(vi)就关闭在中国及东南亚亏损的实体作出减值的拨备。
