智通财经APP讯，柠萌影视(09857)发布公告，预期集团2024年度将取得净亏损约人民币1.80亿元至2亿元，而2023年度取得净利润约人民币2.136亿元;及集团2024年度将取得经调整净亏损约人民币1.75亿元至1.95亿元，而2023年度取得经调整净利润约人民币2.274亿元。
董事会认为，前述净亏损及经调整净亏损产生的主要塬因是受以下因素的综合影响：(i)受行业大环境影响;(ii)受集团剧集项目制作周期影响，2024年度集团播出剧集的集数相对较少，且播出渠道只有网络平台，导致毛利润同比减少;(iii)部分新业务仍处于前期投入阶段。董事会亦谨此通知股东和潜在投资者，集团的现金流充沛，财务状况稳定。
