新地(00016.HK) 最新为元朗用地向城规会申请改划发展，涉及用地位于锦绣花园以东，拟改划为2,322伙住宅，单位数目较旧方案削约16%。
用地涉及元朗锦壆路丈量约份第104约部分地段，位于锦绣花园以东，其地盘面积约707,087平方呎。申请人向城规会提出改划申请，将用地由“住宅(丁类)”地带改划为“住宅(丙类)”用途，并拟以总地积比率约1.59倍发展，当中住用地积比率涉约1.5倍，计划兴建10幢约14至16层高的住宅，并提供3幢会所及3幢用作商业或社会设施用途的大楼，涉及总楼面面积约112.2万平方呎。
整个项目提供约2,322伙，平均单位面积约456平方呎。相比起对上于2021年递交的方案，当时申请拟以总地积比约1.88倍发展14幢住宅，提供2,771伙，总楼面约132.82万平方呎，惟申请于2023年5月遭城规会拒绝。
