智通财经APP讯，康臣药业(01681)发布公告，集团正在进行评估SK-08片剂的安全性、耐受性及药代动力学特征的临床一期试验，首批受试者已成功用药。
慢性肾病是全球公共卫生的重大挑战，严重危害人类健康。患病人数于中国已超逾1亿人，且发病率呈现持续逐年上升趋势。CKD患者的肾功能会逐渐衰退，最终可能发展为终末期肾病(ESRD)，需要进行透析或肾脏移植。这对患者及其家人造成了巨大的身体、情绪及经济负担。
SK-08片剂是集团与其他药业公司联合开发的具有全球知识产权的1类创新药，其独特的作用机制为精准靶向可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶(sGC)，不依赖一氧化氮的存在，促进cGMP生成，通过舒张血管平滑肌、增加肾脏血流供应、改善肾小球滤过率、抗炎和抗纤维化等多重生物学效应，减少蛋白尿，保护肾脏功能，并能调节肾脏重吸收，改善心功能，降低血栓形成风险。
在临床前试验中，SK-08片剂显着降低尿蛋白、改善肾脏功能与肾小球硬化，安全性耐受性良好。目前，全球范围内尚无同类机制药物获批用于慢性肾病的治疗。SK-08片剂有望填补这一空白，将为慢性肾病患者提供新的治疗选择。
