智通财经APP讯，中银航空租赁(02588)发布公告，根据审计委员会建议，董事会通过委任安永为集团截至2025年12月31日止财务年度审计师的建议，惟须待股东于股东周年大会上批准后方可作实，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。普华永道将不会于应届股东周年大会上寻求续聘，并将在股东周年大会结束时当前任期届满后退任集团审计师一职。
