　　天誉置业（00059）发布公告，截至2023年12月31日止年度的大部分审计费用尚未结算，及因此公司并未就编制2024年年度业绩与核数师磋商委聘条款。基于上述原因，2024年年度业绩的预计刊发日期将需与核数师进一步评估及确定，并将于适当时候公布。

　　预计公司将无法按上市规则的要求于2025年3月31日或之前刊发2024年年度业绩。
