交易撮合和交易业务的繁荣使欧洲一些银行的高收入者队伍不断壮大,与对这些业务依赖程度较低的银行形成了鲜明的沟壑。
德意志银行周四表示,去年收入超过100万欧元(110万美元)的员工人数激增28%,达到647人,其中一名员工的收入高达1800万欧元。该行还将奖金池提高到了十年来最高水平。
西班牙竞争对手桑坦德上个月披露,投资银行招聘热潮之后,七位数收入者数量增加了17%,至418人。
在投资银行业务规模较大或至少在不断扩大的公司中,获得百万收入的员工数量较高,相比之下专注于零售或商业银行业务的公司中这一数字要低得多。
裕信银行去年只有73名员工的收入高于100万欧元。
荷兰的银行则排名垫底。荷兰银行去年只有一位员工的收入超过100万欧元 —— 首席执行官Robert Swaak,其108万欧元的薪酬勉强够格。
